Additionally, he holds a position on the Board for Building Association Managers (BAM) of Volusia & Flagler counties.

Christopher's six-year leadership tenure in the property management sector has been marked by unwavering commitment and notable achievements. He was instrumental in maintaining an annual delinquency rate of less than 3% at multiple properties, with high resident satisfaction. His impact is further evidenced by the successful execution of numerous property improvement projects, including unit updates, pool resurfacing, sea wall restoration, and multiple roof replacements for an 8-story high-rise in Daytona Beach, FL.
