  • How does Aurora handle tenant screening?
    We conduct a thorough screening process, including background checks, credit reports, rental history verification, and employment/income validation to ensure reliable tenants. A reputable third-party conducts these screenings.
  • What is included in your financial reporting?
    Our financial reporting services include: Detailed monthly income and expense reports )including P&Ls, balance sheets, AR/AP aging reports, and other property-specific reports as deemed necessary by Aurora or the client. End-of-year tax preparation documents for the client's accountants. Real-time access to financial records through the owner portal.

    Aurora prides itself on a bespoke property management solution that utilizes the best technology and personnel available.   • How does Aurora create association budgets?
    The condominium budget is developed in collaboration with the association's board of directors. Aurora combines historical expense data with current vendor quotes to create a comprehensive budget analysis for the upcoming fiscal year if no prior budget format is established.

  • How do I access my tenant or owner portal?
    Our website has three main portals: Subscriber, Member, and Owner. All three login locations are located under the Login tab in the header and footer of each page. For tenants of apartment complexes, you will need to log in through your apartment complex's website or reach out to on-site management for specific login details.
  • What should I do if I have an emergency maintenance request?
    For emergency maintenance, please call your property's 24/7 support line. Our team will respond promptly to urgent issues.
  • What access do subscribers have compared to members?
    Subscribers have access to board member informational pages, personal profiles, and regular updates from Aurora on the world of community and residential management. Members (clients of Aurora) have additional privileges, including access to their invoices, balances, contracts, and prioritized support services.
  • I'm having trouble accessing my account. What should I do?
